The hotel is clean and located next to the Hatchobori subway exit. The onsen (communal bath) and sauna are excellent.
The rooms are expensive, but still very small. There was no space to put our suitcase flat on the floor.

Liked my stay, had a really good experience. That was beautifully decorated and fully equipped hotel set in nice quiet area, so close to convenience stores, restaurants and metro and about 20min walk from Ginza and also Tokyo Station and Tsukiji fish market and Ginza. The breakfast was sumptuous for very reasonable rates and had good choice of food. The staff, everyone, was very helpful and particularly helpful. Also, location was comfy and peaceful, at a short distance from a sprawling wholesale fish market😃

Located centrally, this place is so convenient - close to the financial district, Tokyo train station, and the airport train. Our room had everything we needed like central heating, a safe, and a TV 📺.

We greatly enjoyed the comforts of this family-friendly hotel. the location was good and magnificent, with a sprawling wholesale fish market just a 10-15 minute walk away. It's very close to the train station at Hatchobori and Hibiya subway line, as well as many other local attractions. the bed was big, and the room was quite fashionable. the staff were amicable, and the breakfast was sumptuous at very reasonable rates.

The hotel was much better than I'd previously experienced in Tokyo - and a bit cheaper, too. Rooms were small but not tiny, breakfast was really nice, the onsen was brilliant. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me (near the company I was visiting) and next time I go to Tokyo I'll be disappointed if I can't stay here. Highly recommended!
I am struggling to think of anything negative to say about this place!

Excpept for room size and location everything is superb and very good value. The sento (public bath) area is exceptionally nice. There are free internet terminals in the lobby and you can do your laundry for free (!) while soaking in the sento.
The location is somewhat inconvenient (except for visiting Tsukiji) because it always takes an extra ride to get to the main Tokyo subway ring. (They do, however, offer a free shuttle service to Tokyo station.) The rooms are very small. The sento area for men is superb, the one for women is lacking a cold basin.

We loved the convenient location, being really close to a subway station and within walking distance of many hot spots in central Tokyo. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the onsen and sauna. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and the staff provided excellent service.
